My husband and I were searching for a new car and came across this dealership, and I can honestly say the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional! Kamran, Sean, and Josh were all fantastic. We visited a few other dealerships, but what really stood out here was how upfront they were about the electric car we were interested in, especially since we had never owned one before. We never felt pressured, even when we came back multiple times to test‑drive it before making our decision. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely willing to work with us. When we later had an issue with the headlight, they didn’t hesitate to jump in and help us find a solution. Their service tech, Marlon, was just as kind and supportive. Though I only went inside image auto once (because my husband had done most of the car shopping before that), they were extremely pleasant to work with. All the staff was knowledgeable about things we questioned. I felt like they had the most open pricing policy in comparison to other dealers.
