AND when my phone died instead of just moving along, he continued to call me until I was able to get a charger. He was so patient and kind during the whole experience. Aaron provided 1000 out of 10 service! I live in a condominium where we have to pay $$$ just for a parking space. Often people park in our parking spaces despite being in a private lot with tow signs. **** this means if I park in the wrong number, even I could get towed. *** I got home from a long day at work to a car in my space … for the third day in a row… I attempted to find other parking, but I couldn’t find any street parking. I called Aaron who was very kind and courteous, and walked me through the process. He made sure to verify that I own that spot and even waited to give the driver an opportunity to move their car on their own. Truly, I was hoping that they would come and move their car. I even looked for a note or something so that I could try to contact them myself …. I see a lot of reviews from people…. that they parked in a private lot with numbered spaces and then Aaron did his job? Sorry not sorry! I get it now. Thank you Aaron.

Wish I could leave a no star review. My company car was towed last night because I was parked in an unmarked "fire lane" that I was told I could park in. Not only that but it was so late that there were at least 7 cars parked there. The apartment complex never sent notices that said there was no parking allowed. Construction workers park there as well but the night I park there I'm towed by this service. When I call to get information the following morning I'm told that the fee is cash only and my manager has to get the car because it's a company car. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely vague and did not want to tell me anything about the tow company. I was finally able to get an address but was promptly told the car could be in any of their multiple lots and I could not even retrieve my personal belongings from the vehicle upon arrival. I have my information stating that I am the authorized driver of the car but apparently that's not enough.
