Recently had the pleasure of getting some top-notch help from Manager John R. At this location. He was extremely patient, helpful, and really understood what he was talking about. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the extraordinary kindness and support I received from one of your employees, JC, at the South Overland Park store by 69 Highway and 135th Street.<br><br>Recently, I found myself in an unexpected and stressful situation. After doing some yard work, I accidentally left my cell phone on the driveway. I was able to drive my Tesla to Home Depot, but once there, I realized I couldn’t pay for my items—or even start my car to return home—without my phone. I couldn’t call an Uber, access my wallet, or do much of anything.<br><br>I approached the Customer Service desk and was kindly allowed to use the store phone to call my wife. Unfortunately, she didn’t answer. That’s when JC stepped in with an incredible offer: he checked with his supervisor and then personally drove me home, about three miles away, so I could retrieve my phone. When I returned to the store with JC, I offered him compensation for gas, which he graciously declined.<br><br>JC’s generosity, professionalism, and genuine care turned a frustrating moment into a reminder of how much good there is in the world. I’m truly thankful that your store employs such an outstanding and considerate young man. His actions reflect the very best of Home Depot’s values and customer service.<br><br>Please extend my thanks to JC and his supervisor, and know that I’ll be sharing this story with friends and family!

Is a tough visit. I was shopping for bathroom renovation supplies and purchased a new toilet, for which I had really done my research, some mosaic tile, some shark bite fittings, and some tile trim. I interacted with one of the designers and kitchen and bath and she was awesome, very helpful, and looked up things for me on their website. Finally she directed me to plumbing to look for a part I was asking about.<br><br>When I got to plumbing the kid there was completely useless and seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.<br><br>The cashier down by the pro door was also excellent.
