I take my family here once or twice a week for groceries, and it’s always a good experience. I feel safe every time I visit, and the prices are solid. I was able to spend just $100 and got enough for two full meals plus snacks for the whole family. Definitely a great value!

I'd ordered a picture frame for pickup at this Walmart on Friday 12/12/25. I'd come to the pickup spot and put the parking number and car color just like normal and waited for about 45 minutes for someone to come with my item. It was very busy so I was patient. It wasn't until I noticed the car that had just pulled up next to us got their items immediately, I knew something was wrong. So I checked my Walmart app which said that my item had already been picked up?! So I called the store 3 times to try and speak with someone about it. All 3 times I wasn't able to speak with anyone or leave a voicemail because it would just ring for 10 minutes and then disconnect on me. So I waited until an employee came out to someone else's car to ask him about my order. He scrolled on his device to look for my order but said since it's already showing as "Picked Up" there was nothing he could do. So I asked him what am I supposed to do then? And he told me to ask for a refund and reorder the item. He didn't sound too sure of himself though as I think he couldn't have been older than high school age. But I still took his advice and left that Walmart empty handed Friday night. Immediately I reached out to Walmart support and was told that someone from their refund department would email me and my refund would be processed in 42-78 hours. Thanks, we hope you shop with us again soon!<br>View Order www.walmart.com/orders<br>Questions? www.walmart.com/help<br><br>Sincerely,<br>Coach Jayden<br><br>So, I reached out to Walmart support once again this morning to make sure that I was still getting my refund, and to my utter shock and horror, there was no refund status to check.<br><br>I know the kid who tried to help at this location is not to blame for this, but I need my money back so I can reorder this item before Christmas. Thank you for taking the time to rectify this situation.

If you want never get what you ordered at a bakery shop here. Put in an order for 2 cakes. The person who does the cakes hadn't showed up for 2 weeks no one called and told us the order would not be ready. Tried to pick them up before the party and no cakes. Never order from here again
