Ended up in a muddy ditch after heavy rains and needed to be pulled out. My passenger side sunk well into the ground while I was trying to assist my screaming kid and trying to rock myself out made it worse. One of the trucks was busy and had a vehicle on its flatbed, but this driver came and waited with me until his other truck arrived. Lucky for me, the wait time until arrival was only about 20-25 minutes! The mud kept pulling my car back in, but luckily the winch was able to pull me out and I was eventually on my way about 30-ish minutes later. Thank you so much!

My SUV quit on me while out running errands. The tow truck driver showed up on time, was kind, professional and quickly got my Sequoia loaded and hauled me back to the house as requested. His truck interior was clean and well maintained. Price was totally within reason. I didn’t shop around that much, but I’m sure I could have easily spent double if I called the wrong place. 100% earned my business moving forward.
