Well if I could give a higher rating I would. I got myself stuck on a parking stop and I called Performance. I got to talk to a nice lady named Michelle who made me feel like everything would be okay. She took my information and forwarded it to the tow driver. His name was Scott. He called me, asked me what happened and said no problem! They called me back and said they would arrive in 30 min!!! Which was a blessing since where I got stuck I was blocking three of my neighbors cars haha. Scott and his helper showed up, were extremely kind, courteous, professional, and lowkey funny. They made me feel relaxed in the situation and made me feel confident that they could save me, and they did. They lifted my car, removed the parking stop, all without any damage to my vehicle. Both guys were quick, efficient, kind, friendly, professional, and will definitely be the people I call again should I need help. I appreciate this business, I appreciate them helping me even with the crazy weather outside.

My truck had to be towed tonight due to a bad alternator. We called our insurance and performance is who was sent. Josh was our driver and he was AMAZING! The whole process was a pain in the butt given the truck was too dead to help us at all with loading and unloading. Josh got it home safely and was outstanding in doing so! We will be requesting him from now on!
