Lack of communication, very very rude and unprofessional… call weeks ahead of time made an appointment got there. They had no information on me at all whatsoever no paperwork, and nothing didn’t have the appointment at all. Had to make a last-minute one while I was there… and if you are a person of color, you’re most definitely going to get told that you were rude and difficult to deal with…. They actually deserve no stars . I just had to give it one to leave the comment.
