On 3-16-23 I bought a recycled engine on line. My mechanic got the engine on 3-28-23 to he’s shop. He informed me that the engine was (no good). I called Michael Henry the sales agent that sold me the damage engine, he informed me that I would get a full refund because they didn’t have another one. I have been trying to get my refund since that time and they have been ignoring my text massages & phone calls. They ask about my bank statement for proof I did send it to Henry, mark, and cross . By text massage. (I did talk to all of them about my refund, they all mentioned I would get it back). I would like you to take care of my problem, before I open a business claim with the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your under standing. My name ie. Ernie Morales.

This was probably the best experience I have at a salvage yard. The office was clean, the part was ready and as promised. Wayne has great customer service and I would recommend this yard and I would go out of my way to go back. There wasn’t a profanity anywhere like I read below, Wayne was great to work with. He went out of his way to get a video of the engine running before they removed it. The bathroom was clean. if you want something really terrible to compare to, go to any Abbra in fridley, you’ll quickly realize this is quite nice.
