Worst experience ever dealing with this place. They shipped me a rusted non working abs pump with stripped and rusted threads… we tried to make it work to no avail. When I returned the pump and the abs module they said it was not their part so they would not do a refund. I called the mechanic and went to see the old part still at the shop. Our mistake he had sent my pump with their module. So I spent another $40 to send their pump back…..they still said it wasn’t their pump even though it had the engraved initials on the bottom. So no refund. They kept my pump never offering to send it back. Did I mention I paid Quality Auto Parts out of Texas $350 for this part. R&R is their vendor. They said they would not be using them in future. I called LKQ out of California and paid $74 for the same part which also did not work but it’s probably just that they don’t make these anymore and all vehicles I see in yards are not wrecked so were sent to junk yards due to mechanical issues probably failed braking systems. It’s now my mission to spread the word about these places on every forum I can find so no one else gets taken. Would love to find out how many customers returns parts that they say are not their parts. Quality Auto parts did refund me $240 out of the $350 but I still had to pay $80 in return shipping of the parts.
