I brought a truckload of stainless steel. I had previously asked the price and was told it was 42 cents per pound, but I was paid 15 cents, with the explanation that the price had dropped drastically from one day to the next, which was false.

Bad experience, called ahead of time to ask if it was open and when I got there(before closing time) nobody was there, tried calling multiple times but was sent to automated voicemail. Cost me two cars a third of a tank. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever, I called to get a metal bin for a business, and the owner never called me back for a guaranteed agreement of delivery of said bin, and it has been going on a month now, sorry sir, that is not how I do business after we talked on the phone personally, your loss I presume, I guess you don't need the business with us after all, your loss is my gain!!!!!!!!
