Amazing how they deleted my other negative review. Their new pricing guidelines are outrageous and they don't even pick up the phone. Used to be $4 per pickup truck and $2 per car. Now they make you buy a $25 punch card with five punches and a $50 punch card. I believe a car is one punch out of the five and a pickup truck is two punches out of the five. That means it's basically gone from $4 for a pickup truck to $10 per pickup truck. Funny how they implemented these outrageous pricing guidelines after the director hired some refugee from California that fled her state. They always make other states worse.

If you keep up with maintenance on your property and/or perform reno’s on it you can NOT LIVE IN A BETTER TOWN THAN MANCHESTER CT! Their employees ACROSS THE TOWN FROM SANITATION TO TOWN HALL TO POLICE/FIRE are THE FINEST in our great state! PLEASE APPRECIATE THEM every chance you get!
