The entire process was very smooth — they scheduled my drop-off time and even recommended booking an Enterprise rental car, which was fully covered by insurance. The best part is that the rental car pickup and drop-off are right at the Caliber Collision center, making everything super convenient. I received the repair estimate within 48 hours, and all the details were clearly available through the online link they texted me. Estimator Dylan was very patient and explained every part of the repair process in detail. The paint job on my Mazda CX-5 was meticulous and perfectly matched. When it was time for pickup, I just dropped off the rental car at the same location and drove home in my repaired vehicle — couldn’t have been easier. Dropped my car off on Nov 5 with an eta of completion of Nov 28 but they were able to get it completed a week ahead of schedule. They were very professional and nice and kept me well informed of my cars progress. My only gripe I have is my check engine light is now on but they are stating the code coming back was on prior to my accident so I need to take it to the dealership now to be looked at.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Caliber Collision 10/10 !!! My car was in pretty bad shape and when the repairs were complete it was a totally new vehicle. I was very satisfied and the staff and very kind and friendly and communicative throughout the entire process!
