Very honest and detail. First time visiting the store. I was well welcome. Spoke with the manager John. He was very detailed and explain everything to me. Firestone does not charge those High economical fees for the diagnose. The faith for Diagnostic is only 12 to $22 versus $125 at dealerships. The print album is very detailed for all the parts and part numbers. Prices are extremely reasonable along with the labor. The manager John at this location it's very knowledgeable and will work with the customers even if you want to get partial of work done. Highly recommend it you will not be disappointed.

Came here the other day to get an oil change on my Bugatti veyron and they did a stellar job! It’s my beater car like I go off roading with it and trails and stuff so I don’t really care how it looks but they did a great job taking care of it like it was their own. Thanks guys ! “Tips cowboy hat “

They were very nice and thorough. I have had an ongoing issue with my car that I took it to the dealership about. My check engine light was back on 2 days after the dealer worked on it (491.00). The dealer wasn't even nice not aline accomodating. TJ and the the crew were nice (always are) and covered my diagnostic and part since they had worked on it over a year ago for the same issue. Very nice dependable and trustworthy!.
