AEA literally saved my ass making my move from Colorado to Tennessee and breaking down with a 24ft trailer on the side of I70 in St. Louis. They sent a full crew to get me loaded and off the side of the road. Where I was quoted $2000 for the recovery they charged a 3rd the price and fixed my trailer the same day once they got it back to their shop! I couldn’t be more thankful to the owner and his team for helping me out that day and putting their lives in danger to get me back on the road.

I called an emergency line and these guys were sent out. First off, not a "Hi, hello". No introduction. No giving me his name. Nothing but "where's the spare". To make matters worse, I didn't know my spare was also very low on air. After he put it on he asks if I'm going to limp out to air it up at a gas station. Since when don't tow trucks have an air compressor? I've never encountered one that didn't. I got no paperwork or receipts, he just left. I come from a family of construction workers and mechanics who don't act like this regardless of how busy or bad their day is. You think your day sucks? You got paid to take 15 mins to change a tire. I had to pay $200 & get your bad attitude, then another $500 to fix the damage. So, yeah, if you don't want to deal with someone's bad day being taken out in you when you're already having a bad day yourself, don't use these guys.

A nice gentleman named Josh came to tow me but was unable to because I was on the roof of the parking garage. However he did unlock my car so I could look for my lost keys. Since I was unable to find my keys, he stayed with me, as a am a lady of 87 years and made sure I got across a busy highway to the motel safely. I had made arrangements with my daughter to bring me my extra keys. I hope all of your employees are as thoughtful as this gentleman. I will keep your card and tell my friends to call your business if they are in need of your services if they are in your area.
