Getting towed is usually the worst but Mike completely changed that. From the moment he walked up he had the best energy and immediately made sure I was safe getting out of the car. He was super knowledgeable and just genuinely kind. The ride back felt like a normal conversation not awkward at all and he went out of his way to help me find a place that was not going to charge me an arm and a leg and then brought my car there. He never made me feel bad about the situation and was clearly happy to help. Mike, thanks for being you man and please never change :) - Devlin lol

My car broke down on New Years Day. Through Jeep the wait was almost 2 hours. I called Rob’s and they were so nice and honest. They told me half an hour and they were there in 35 minutes. I was super impressed at that. Elliot was the driver that came. What a great kid. I had my 7 year old with me and he was so good with him. Explained what all the buttons were and just all around very kind to him and me. The experience of having my 1 year old car with less then 30k miles break down in 20 degree weather sucked, but my experience with Rob’s helped make a bad situation slightly more pleasant.

After a major snowstorm I was stuck on the side of the road and honestly stressed. Mike R showed up and helped a ton—super knowledgeable, calm, and willing to go the extra mile. He turned a bad situation into a manageable one. Huge thanks to Mike R, highly recommend.
