02/15/2026: First off, I called the store to make sure they had the car battery I needed. The phone rang endlessly, so much that I second guessed if they were even open. Then I drove there, went in to get a car battery yesterday. The transaction portion was smooth however, I went to get the battery off the high counter and almost dropped to the ground because it was so heavy. I made a comment about it being really heavy. The response from the cashier was "yeah". No one offered to help me to the door, despite slowly waddling to it, (ok, fine) but, the kicker was when I was trying to maneuver through the doors while double-handed with the battery plus a phone and my money purse. Basic human decency would be to at least offer to get doors when someone doesn't have hands free because they just purchased a heavy vehicle part. If not basic human decency, perhaps customer service as part of a customer-facing job? Then, I proceeded to slowly waddle all the way to my vehicle which was parked a good distance away despite there being barely anyone in the store, there was seemingly no upfront parking. (also whatever). I don't usually leave reviews and If I do they are super positive but, this struck me as distasteful and I think I'll be going elsewhere from here on out.

Horrible horrible horrible change in management.... What a poor decision on whoever made that choice.... cursing rap music playing behind counter with a guy back there on the phone ignoring customers while talking about boxing ? What happened to this place !!??? .... I'm taking my commerical business to AutoZone as they clearly want by business... orielly delivery times suck now, customer service is by far the worst I've experienced, the new " manager" Mike tells me he doesn't make deliveries priority anymore? Even a VIP employee apologized for his behavior and they're different companies! It's insane how fast you can run down a business and change it so drastically with the wrong people .... Is there even anyone left there from the old staff who knew everyone by name ?
