I didn't think a towing company could be this good, but after dealing with Richard at Palmer towing, I realize just how great things can be. My car was making a noise and, concerned it was coming from the water pump, I didn't want to drive it. I called around for towing companies, and Palmer's Towing was not only the best price, but also the friendliest person I dealt with over the phone. Scheduling a next-day tow took less than 5 minutes. I was planning to follow the tow-truck in my other car to the service station so that I could park the car and put the keys in the drop box, but Richard assured me he could do that for me, and that he would provide photographic proof he had done so. I got a text message the next morning when he was 10 minutes away (which was great), and Richard was probably the friendliest person I've met in years. We chatted cars for a few minutes before he took mine away. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. Happy to explain the process in its entirety. When he delivered the car, he sent timestamped, geo-coded pictures showing the facility he dropped it off at, the spot it was parked in (with the spot number,) its orientation in the parking lot to the service facility, the filled-out dropbox form with keys, and even a picture of him inserting the keys and envelope into the dropbox. I have saved Palmer's number to my phone and so long as Palmer's Towing is available, will likely never call another towing company again. I am so impressed by their service that in the 10 minutes since receiving the photos, I have already recommended Palmer's to two friends and written this review. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Friendly tow truck driver and good job at hooking my car to the truck, gave them my keys. I’m trying to reach back out about my vehicle and there is no answer to the company-can not get a ride up there. If you or anyone can reach out about my car via phone or email.

If Google offered the option of 100 stars, I would select all 100. In a time where customer service and going above and beyond are sometimes limited, Palmers Towing left a lasting impression of exemplary service. My vehicle was in a garage with limited accessibility and hours of operation. However, that did not deter Palmers towing who even picked me up and went way out of their way on a weekend. It was Super Bowl weekend actually. I can not say enough about the service and assistance that Palmers Towing provided to me. I will never forget the kindness, willingness, and the without hesitation to go above and beyond attitude by this company. Amazon has a organizational value of "customer obsession", which Palmers Towing has mastered. Thank you Palmers Towing!!!!!!!
