Bought a yanmar engine that was told was tested and ran. Brought it to a thermoking dealer who installed it just to find out it was completely junk. Fuel system was full of water and rust. Files insurance claim immediately and was told the only option was replacement. I read the warranty information which stated that the sole remedy was money back. After telling them this i had to guide their warranty guy on how to even find their warranty page on their site. Was still told no. After a month and telling them I had talked to a lawyer about a fraud case they finally agreed to pay. Got my money back for the engine but was still out a few thousand from the install from the dealer. Watch out for these guys there's multiple bad warranty reviews

What a bunch of crap, Called to buy a Cummins engine which in the add it says complete. Talked to a counter salesman and I asked if it was drop in ready, meaning everything to run, He said " everything you see in the picture" In the picture the engine was still in the truck so thats pretty open ended. I asked " so that comes with alternator , pump, the works. He then said " no, its basically the block with turbo and exhaust manifold, computer to run it and any wiring is extra". huge difference from everything you see drop in ready. Ya , I can only imagine what would have shown up if I bought it. Good luck with these guys

12/28/23 Been looking for a replacement odd duck air tank with air dryer attached for my Cascadia since mine had a rotted hole. Found this company had one from a used part website. Called up and spoke to Neil and they had it as advertised at a fair price. Asked him if he could hold it as it was 4pm and I live 4.5hrs away. Could have shipped it but with the shipping cost and needing it before the weekend it was easier for me to pick it up. He held it for 24hrs for me and it was as good if not better than expected. After inspecting it, he had his guys load it up for me. Neil was a real knowledgeable and personable guy. Definitely going to be calling him first for my parts needs and already passed along his contact info to my other owner op friends. There's room on the side of the road to pull off if your passing through to pick up if you're in a rig.
