Wonderful service by Danny that winter storm messed up with my SUV in the drive way. They kept me updated on the time to get arrived for the service. They made it possible for my car out of the drive way even though it was night time with bad snowy situations. Around 2pm, I requested a meeting towing service through my auto insurance . Shortly after I received a text confirmation that H&H accepted the request and a projected ETA of 2:59 was given. At 2:20pm, a representative from H&H called me and asked for a picture of my vehicle to assess the situation. After receiving the picture they gave me an ETA between 5-6 pm. I was a bit skeptical because based on past experience with towing, if the projected ETA was ever off (usually due to a delay), it was never over an hour. Due to the weather conditions I gave the benefit of the doubt. Around 4pm I checked the request tracker to make sure everything was still going as planned. The tracker stated the request was completed so I called my insurance for an update. My insurance spoke with H&H, and confirmed everything was good but if they didn’t arrive by 6pm I could call back. 6pm came and H&H did not show up. I first called H&H, the call went to voicemail. I reached out to my insurance, they told me H & H picked up and hung up on them. The request with H&H was then canceled and a different company was assigned to finally help me.
