Wish I still lived here cause this is where I’d go if I needed any car help. Came in for a flat tire, they had the lowest rate around town for a patch up ($15-$25). They got to work on my car fast and showed me it came up with bubbles - so I’d have to get a new tire. Discussed options and dates, and unfortunately timing-wise I couldn’t make it work. But they were still happy to redirect me to Mr.Tire or other shops that would better suit my needs. Super helpful and genuinely cared about what I needed. Thank you!

Super customer service!! I left work and discovered I was losing air in one of my tires. Upon further investigation, I saw a nail in the tire. At 4:30 on a Friday a couple other places said they couldn’t look at it until Monday and really had no interest in talking to me. Not an option as it is my only car for the weekend and I need it for work. When I called Cape Auto Eric said to come over and he will fix it for me. I drove over within 10 minutes and 10 minutes later my tire was plugged and out the door I went. A minor repair but Eric made a huge impression offering to help at the end of the day on Friday. A huge thank you to Eric for your stellar customer service!!
