The black woman behind the counter was having a bad night and decided to give me all her attitude. I asked for fuses and a tag light. She pointed me towards the fuses. When I got to the counter she had grabbed the wrong lights and I informed her and showed her what I was looking for. “We don’t have that” okay can we order it is that possible? She just turns the screen. A no we don’t carry that would suffice. Okay I’ll just take my fuses. the card reader always has problems and didn’t accept my card so I payed cash. She actually threw my change at me!!!! I didn’t realize asking for help would be such an inconvenience??? I asked her what the problem was and she said “I work at AutoZone have a good night sir” and threw my last quarter across the table. Pretty unreal experience for a local parts store.

Been meaning to replace my dealer license plate frames for months. Recalling how helpful you were when I was here last summer on vacation, I stopped in to have a look. I left with my car looking sharp! A bold black frame for the front looks great with the cladding on my Subaru Crosstrek. For the back, I chose a frame with subtle bling, which seems to say "this car is driven by a lady of class... with a touch of sass!" ? Me, to a T! Just what I envisioned. Anthony installed it on my car in no time at all... at home, they'd look at you like you had three heads if you asked if they could put it on for you. Many thanks again for the, as always, professional and friendly service from Anthony and Phil!

This is not the first or second or the third time they usually give me the wrong part but this time when I called in and asked for a simple battery, they went on to tell me that even though on the website they have some in stock that they don’t have any in stock anymore that I shouldn’t put in my car and pretty much I didn’t know what I was talking about. I never asked for their opinion I asked for a battery and the funny thing is is I just got off the phone with Ford parts and service just to double check to make sure they weren’t trying to pull a fast one and they were unfortunately. It’s pretty sad that we can’t even get some good service anymore. I’m pretty sure that it should be necessary to know something a little bit of something about cars before you’re hired at a parts store trying to tell people what kind of parts they have to put in their car. Cause I never asked which kind I had to put in and I told them which one I wanted in. Yes the same one I’ve been running for the past three years. It only died because I was working on the car and because of the holidays I took a little longer and I still wanna drive it while I’m slow charging the interstate battery which is the same exact one that they’re telling me I cannot run in my vehicle. Absolutely pathetic. Do yourself a favor, and go to a real mechanic. No wonder garages that are actually in good business. Do not even deal with advance and think they’re a joke. I’ve experienced the joke. The jokes on them…because I knew what I was talking, about they didn’t. ?
