Charles Automotive is awesome. They are super nice and extremely helpful! I come here for oil changes and other maintenance on my Ford Fiesta ST and they do a great job. I really appreciate how communicative and honest they are about repairs and cost. They send the summary of what it needed and it explains everything very clearly. They also will call to talk things through which I really like. I highly recommend this place, especially Charlie!

Charles automotive shows great professionalism. They know what they are doing and they do it with warmth and respect for the customers. I got a simple flat tire and they solved it like it was a great deal for them, what made me feel important for them. Of course I will return if my vehicle had a serious issue.
