I ended up here because of unfortunate accident and Fred was very helpful! He answered all my question and explained them with patience and clearly. He was more helpful than my own insurance company. Cannot comment about price, since this was a first time kind of repair for me I am not sure about market prices. Only thing that bothered me was that took so many days to replace a bumper, due to part being delivered damaged + holiday etc. However, I am very happy with the result, everything looks like out of factory.

Miller Bros was excellent! They repaired the damage on my Camry to like new condition. Sue was professional and friendly, and kept me up on everything. When I got my car back, it was even cleaner than when I dropped it off, and I'd even carefully detailed it before I dropped it off. I would recommend that anybody who needs a body shop to use Miller Bros in Ellicott City. My car is beautiful again. A+++++ all the way!
