Ended up ordering the wrong parts because why wouldn't Polaris have multiple designs for the same model year. Called and they were able to get me the correct parts shipped out that day and provided a return label. Got a refund for my returned parts several days later once they received my parts. They paid for a return at their expense for an order that I got wrong and wasn't necessarily their fault. Great customer support and would gladly do business with them again in the future. Would recommend just picking up the phone and talking with their customer support team to make sure you get the right parts the first time! They were super friendly and helpful.

So far so good! Reached out yesterday after they closed looking for support, heard back from them first thing this morning. Completed my purchase shortly after and had a tracking number within an hour. Incredible customer service. If I have any issues when the parts arrive I'll update, but I'm feeling pretty darn good with my experience thus far! Thanks ATV PC!

Service was good until I had to return the wrong part, for the second time. Despite at least 6 conversations, they have never refunded my monies. It was more expensive for them to field my multiple phone calls, repeatedly promise to get back to me and repeatedly fail to call me back, than simply refunding me. It boils down to theft. They have my money. I don't have anything from them other than frustration. Will never purchase anything from them again.
