I knew my bike needed an oil change and a normal inspection after a season of riding, and as I had made an appointment with another bike shop closer to my house a week in advance, I was excited to get it done. After all, I thought "an oil change" anybody can do. Unfortunately, when the day came, turned out this other shop didn't have the proper filter, nor even knew BMWs. As I had taken the day off to get the bike serviced, I was frustrated. Now what? So I called Bob's Motorcycles right there and then and just asked if they'd be able to take me in last minute. I was in luck. With incredible sympathy and super friendly customer service, they just said "come on over"! I did, and I'm so glad I did. Dustin took me in and Steve, a very experienced bike mechanic worked on the bike. The simple fact that you can see them working on your bike across a glass partition makes you feel good. Turns out I needed a lot more than just an oil change. I needed important safety items changed and even one shock absorber bushing was found to be totally disintegrated and needed to be substituted. While I waited for a few hours, checked the new bikes and apparel, spoke with the nice folks at the store, and by early afternoon was on my way back home with my 26 year old bike feeling like new! Most importantly was the feeling of peace of mind. Yes, it was worth driving the 15 miles to and from Bob's and next time I'mnot even wasting time going anywhere else. They are experts and I absolutely reccomend them. Thanks.

Awesome experience. They are willing to deal and give you no pressure sales. Austin is Employee of the Year. Picked up a 2026 R1300 GSA and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Actually let you test ride. 100% recommend.
