Have been coming here for years and always had a great experience until what seems like new management has taken over. Bad experience #1...bought a used tire and it went flat next day. We had to haggle and argue to get them to replace it less than 24 hours later. Bad experience #2....husband hit metal in road on way to work. In a NEW car. Had to replace tire. Brought it to Clariaxel. Got what I was told was a new tire. While driving home my traction control device activated and the car wouldn't drive. I went back and tried to explain but the language barrier was a serious issue. The tire calibrated and all was well for 12 hours until next morning when the tire was going flat. At this point my husband was aggravated bc based on tread the tire didnt look new (I had no idea what i was looking at) so he decided to take it to Mr. TIRE who showed us the "new" tire was actually 3 years old and had a PLUG in it. Not a patch, but a PLUG. Something meant as a temporary remedy for a flat was sold to me as a new tire. Essentially what im getting at is that since the new management has rolled into town they seem to be rolling duds out of the shop. I suggest using extreme caution when purchasing from them, and if you DO have an issue be prepared to eat the cost.
