I took my car in for repair after an accident. About 3 weeks after, the paint started to peel off. The shop told me to bring it back in and they’ll fix it. They had my car for 3 days for a small paint fix. About a month later, the paint started to peel yet again. Returned to the shop, they redid the paint job and returned my car the next day. Another month later, the paint is AGAIN peeling. I will not be returning to this shop and will have to unfortunately pay out-of-pocket because of their poor quality service. Do yourself a favor, find another shop.

My insurance company recommended this shop. Jackie is rude and unprofessional. Not giving them my business. Who wants to be talked down to by an automobile shop manager? I noticed that they are not listed with the BBB ? after reading a few of the reviews and speaking with a family member that had work done...lol no thanks

On August 12, 2025, I stopped by Ed & Jim's Autobody Shop because my trunk would not open, and I had seafood inside from the night before. I explained my situation to the front desk employees, and right away they asked one of the techs to help me. Jay came out and assessed the car. He determined the only way to access the trunk was by removing the back seat. Without hesitation, he grabbed his tools, and in less than 15 minutes, he had the seats out and was able to open the trunk using the emergency release. I was both relieved and grateful for the quick, professional help. Thank you, Jay, and thank you to the front desk for your fast response and kindness. Thankfully, the seafood was removed in time—before it had a chance to stink up my car! Sincerely, Sherry R.
