9/28/2025 I was headed to work on a Sunday morning, the roads were a bit damp from the rain from 9/27/25 and I hydroplaned and slid into a ditch. Your tow truck driver was very rude to me over the phone telling me my car was already pulled out of the ditch and that I would have to pay 525$ and an extra 200$ to tow my car 2-5 min down the road, he was very unprofessional and if you look below at the photos no damage was done to my vehicle and it was 525$ just to pull it out, I would not use this service for anything.

Our car randomly died when leaving OC. Call AA East Coast towing and they answered right away. They gave us prices for what we thought it was (a dead battery) and prices for towing it home. They got to us quickly. When it turned out not to be the battery they towed us home. The driver was polite and funny. He even took back roads to avoid traffic to get us home quickly.

CALLED FOR A TOW TRUCK TO HELP LOAD 3 MOWERS DRIVER SAID WOULD BE THERE WITHIN 1 HOUR 3 HRS LATER NO DRIVER AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE CALLS KEPT FORWARDING US, IF HE DID NOT WANT THE JOB HE SHOULD HAVE SAID SO INSTEAD OF KEEPING US WAITINNG FOR 3 HOURS. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM THEY ARE NOT A PERSON OF THEIR WORD.
