Service was quick, but the way this location handles coupons is extremely disappointing. Before coming in, I called to confirm the price for an oil change. I was given a set amount over the phone. When I arrived and mentioned the coupon advertised on their own website, the price suddenly went up — conveniently adjusting so that the “discount” brought it right back to the original quote. That’s not a discount. That’s manipulating pricing to make the coupon meaningless. To make it worse, while I was there, another customer was having issues with a coupon as well. It clearly wasn’t just a one-time misunderstanding. They advertise these offers online, but they don’t seem willing to honor them properly once you show up. I didn’t mind paying for the oil change. What I do mind is false advertising and pricing games. That extra $20 might not seem like much, but losing customers over dishonest pricing practices will cost far more in the long run. Be very cautious about any coupons you see online from this location. Don’t assume they’ll honor them the way they’re advertised.

This is my 3rd or 4th visit to this Tires Plus and each time I've had a great experience. My most recent experience led me to write this review. Scott's customer service was awesome as he predicted my needs and scheduled me an appointment before I realized I wasn't going to make it in the day before. Harrington's work is efficient while he provides education. If you are in the Southern MD area and need Tires plus, I highly recommend this location.

Cheryl was amazing!!! I did not have an appointment, but was able to walk in and have my car serviced quickly and efficiently! Cheryl was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate the care and service I received today! Definitely would be a repeat customer!
