Charged me $ 250 to take take apart a snowmobile they where suppose to rebuild. The tech left and they never finished the job .

No communication between staff members(counter people and shop). Poor customer service. Owner called back after being told we were towing it else where for service. Sheldon himself was rude, pissy, and unhelpful when he called back. Would not recommend at all.

I had a lift tech motor that wasn't functioning. Sheldon's crew did a good job testing it out and letting me know what it would take to fix it. I ended up buying a new motor, and the price seemed fair.
