Traveling to a visitation and the air went out in the little green alien Kia Soul. Called ahead and was able to be back on the road in 45 minutes. An excellent conversation with the Gonzaga grad who came to Minnesota. The entire experience was A+

I was mid-move from across the country and I ran into a bit of car trouble. It is not lost on me how incredibly lucky I was to have my car run into the issue it did, where I was. The guys at Jay's shop were able to work on my car that morning and let my dog and I hang out in the office for the day while the guys got my car ready to get back on the road. They were honest, up front and so genuinely kind to me when I was feeling pretty bummed about the work that needed done. I know first hand how hard and sometimes impossible it is to find not only good mechanics, but honest ones who wont rip you off. These are the GOOD GUYS! Ive heard about Minnesota folk being the most kind people in the US and boy did they live up to that. I am forever grateful to guys at this shop for the work they did and the kindness they showed me. I got a front row seat in the office to see that they treat every customer with the same kindness and honesty (they were fully booked all day with all sorts of work). 10 stars if I could. Thank you again Jay's shop, for the work and the pizza :)

Does excellent regular maintenance work, understanding if you are on a budget. Quick service even if you just need break pads. Doesn’t try to sell you unnecessary repairs. They are usually fully booked, so call ahead for appointment.
