Very aggressive flatbed driver. Driving less than a car length behind cars flowing with traffic. That is dangerous and irresponsible. As a semi driver and former instructor, this behavior is part of what gives our industry a bad name. They know better and should be much more professional. They represent your company and you should be ashamed.

Guy on phone- "You're going to need to sit and wait 45 mins because I don't feel like collecting payment over the phone" Called another company and got it taken care of correctly and immediately from a quick phone call and cc over the phone. Got it done for $65 less too? I didn't even care about price. Charging a premium is fine, but the service needs to reflect it.
