Company Check-In & Load / Unload Process 1. Arrival & Parking Park in front of the gate on the designated parking area. 2. Initial Check-In Call the phone number listed on the sign and complete the registration. 3. Scale Check-In After registration, proceed to the scale. • For loading: submit your documents or complete loading registration at the scale. • For unloading: simply hand in your documents. 4. Dock Assignment You will be assigned a dock (door number). 5. Loading / Unloading Proceed to the assigned door and complete loading or unloading. 6. Exit & Return to Scale After finishing, follow the loop to exit the facility, then re-enter through the same gate and return to the scale. 7. Final Check-Out Complete the final check-out at the scale, receive your BOL, and exit the facility. ⸻ Overall experience: Very friendly staff, well-organized process, simple and fast operation. Highly recommended.
