I recently took my trailer to this shop for a repair. We agreed on a price of $230, and I paid after the work was done. A few days later, I checked my bank account and realized they charged me more than the agreed amount. When I called, they said the guy who handled it was new and made a “mistake.” I’m sorry, but how do you accidentally charge someone the wrong amount after clearly agreeing on a price? That’s not a small error. On top of that, most of the staff don’t speak English well, and it’s very hard to communicate with them, which just made the situation more frustrating. I told them if they didn’t refund the difference, I would dispute the charge with my bank. After that, the manager called and said he would send the difference through Zelle. I waited 24 hours but nothing. I called back, and suddenly they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. One of the techs even told me to go ahead and do whatever I want. Then the owner got on the phone. He was extremely rude and, honestly, acting like the victim. At one point he even said he doesn’t want to work with “people like us.” That’s ironic considering they’re the ones overcharging customers. Instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to turn it around on me. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, and zero accountability. Be careful if you decide to do business here. Double-check your receipts and your bank statements. I personally won’t be coming back.

Says they are open Ive knocked on the door and called multiple times even honked the truck horn multiple times no answer no help. A man pulled up in a red dually truck saw me sitting here and completely ignored me and went inside I went to the door right after he went inside and still no response terrible service DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Awesome Service & Great Price! Needed a tire replaced on my trailer and these guys were awesome. Super quick, really friendly, and the price was way cheaper than I expected. They even checked the other tires for me just to be safe. Can’t beat good service like that—definitely coming back if I need anything else!
