I couldn’t be happier with their service. From my initial call with them until the time the tow truck driver arrived to grab my car. I initially called them for a tow but they couldn’t get to me right away so I was in the process of calling another place when they called me and left me a voicemail and said they could take care of me that day. I needed them to deliver my car from Coplay to Hellertown and they had the tow truck driver meet me at 4 o’clock which worked out amazing for my schedule. The guy showed up 10 minutes early he was absolutely professional, courteous and friendly. Put my car on the flatbed with absolutely no issues which is rare from some other tow companies that I’ve encountered. They delivered my car to Lehigh Valley motors in Hellertown right on time with no issues at all. Their pricing was $100 cheaper than a few of the other quotes I had which made me happy as well. If I ever need another company to tow any of my vehicles I will definitely be giving them a call first.
