I had to get my support bracket and alignment bolt and washer replaced and these guys had to cut the old one off, weld the new one on, replace the bolt, and align the trailer. They had the correct parts and had the job done in a mear 6.5 hours. Their attitude was very pleasant and they did an amazing job and we were still early to pick up our already promised load. Thank you guys from the bottom of our heart and God bless each and everyone of you who had their hands in the entire job. You were truly a God send.

This shop is by far the best shop I've ever felt relieved, comfortable and safe after the work knowing I'll make it to my destination. Old school Mr James was always letting me know the process which felt reassuring unlike most shops and Tyler was God sent he needs a Big RAISE. HE'S FAST AND THE BEST MECHANIC I'VE USED,straight to the point ?? and not lying and adding on (this shop is really Blessed to have these two gentlemen and we truckers are Blessed to have this shop on the menu), too bad we don't have this company down south. North American Trailer was recommended to me to have a storage box put on my tractor for chain storage. I met Alex Green there and he looked at my truck and went over my options. He ordered the box and when it came in they went to work. It wasn’t an easy installation. Alex kept me informed through the installation and sent multiple pictures throughout. They had to do a lot of customization to get it to fit properly. I am very pleased with results. They stuck within the quote and did a great job. I highly recommend this shop.
