    Sadly didn’t read the Auto detail reviews from a few years ago as I seem to have had a similar experience. TLDR at the bottom. Allow me to start at the beginning. I scheduled an appointment the previous week and was informed that the only available time was 9 a.m, necessitating adjustments to my busy schedule. I arrived to drop off my car at 8:55 a.m, as they mentioned they opened at 9:00 a.m, and handed the keys to the receptionist, a pleasant blonde lady(who turned out to be not very respectful and just gave me the run-around). We confirmed my 9 a.m. appointment, and I sat in the lobby, approximately 10 feet from the reception desk, to wait for my car. After about 45 min to an hour, the owner emerged and inquired if “he was waiting for his car”. The receptionist told him I was not, and he left. I then approached her and asked about the status of my car. Initially, she repeated the owner’s question, to which I affirmed that I was indeed waiting for my car to finish. She then mentioned that there was another car ahead of mine, which was surprising since they had just opened and I was scheduled as the first appointment. She indicated that the car ahead would be ready by 12:00 p.m., three hours after my arrival. Consequently, I had to make alternative arrangements for transportation home. I finally picked up my car by 7:00 p.m from the lock box(No issue), and it was evident that it had been a ‘rush job’. The interior was not thoroughly cleaned, including a dirt spot on the ceiling, the speakers, air vents, dashboard, and inside armrest, haven’t checked the glove box. I have pictures attached. Some additional mentions: I’ve worked in customer service for years and it was obvious somebody tried to squeeze in an extra car. But when you MAKE someone drop their car off at an earlier time because there “wasn’t any” additional appointments then don’t work on it until 3+ hours later. And when confronted didn’t offer any concessions just gave the ol’ customer service jumble of sentences that don’t make sense so you just walk away confused. Don’t remember her name but the blonde lady at the receptionists desk was definitely not professional. TLDR: the owner was courteous, the receptionist could benefit from improved customer service training, as I was sitting there obviously waiting for my car; Lastly, the detail technician requires some retraining due to the half done job. Wouldn’t pay over $50 for this clean. Let alone the $$$ it costs. Editing this to just state that the owner was actually very nice. I still am dumbfounded on how the reservation system works when there can be a car ahead of mine even though I arrived before they opened. Next Morning update: Seats were still somewhat dirty, damaged fabric of the seat, underneath floor mat was dirty, while lifting it up I got a whole bunch of wet gunk on my hand. Ugh not happy. Will include updated pictures P.S. if the owner MAKES sure that the WHOLE interior gets cleaned, when you pay for a whole interior clean. Fixes the reservation system, and maybe asks the receptionist to not give customers the run around then they can do very well. But as we know time is money so that’s why Brighton Unique auto gets 1 star OVERALL: 1 star Customer service: 2.5 stars Quality: 2.5 stars

    They made my 13 year old car look almost like it did off the lot. That car had two kids grow up and learn to drive in it, as well as a very furry dog. It hadn’t been cleaned in years and it looked AMAZING. Beyond my expectations.

    I purchased the ultimate interior and exterior detail package. I dropped it off thursday Afternoon, they were going to do it on Friday. Abdullah called me before 9 a m on Firiday to say it was done. I picked it up this morning and I am so disappointed. I've went over my own rims about 4 times and the picture that's there is because when I drive and park. I can see another area that was not completed. The entire car looks like they went over it in about fifteen minutes. The interior looks like crap with lots of places where there's just gunk. I had cleaned the interior recently and I can hardly tell a difference. I pulled up the floor mats because I could smell the moisture and the floors to dry. As you can see from the pctures, they didn't do very good at all. The paper mat is soaking up dirt. It's been a few hours and they're so moist and the dirt is still coming up. Even the bottom of the floor mat looks terrible like no one even tried to get the gunk off of it. I added photos but I really couldn't just go around and get everything.It would be about thirty pictures. I could have just bought some chemicals and done a better job than this.This is ridiculous.
