Absolutely a great company! My son was heading to Camp Ripley for training, and he got a flat. Ultimately, we towed the car to Rice Automotive, and they were nothing short of amazing to work with. In the end, we needed all new tires, and I had them check the brakes. The rears required to be replaced. They were more than accommodating and helped me get my son's car back on track. My son's sergeant came to pick him up because they had to go on a ruck, and understandably, they couldn’t wait. So Rice Automotive was more than accommodating to help me get things straight. I might never be able to use them again, but if I did, I’d call them in a second.

Great friendly place, guys are real nice. Didnt take to long. But, the prices were a bit high compared to what I normally pay. But then again this was a fix that had to get done right of way. My normal place and others were booked solid due to Christmas time. So I guess if I had to use them again it would have to be on a emergency job only.
