I’ve been really happy with the maintenance and repairs on my truck at Friedrich’s Auto & Truck. Everything has always been done right and without any hassle. Jon helped me with two sets of tires and made the whole process easy, making sure I got exactly what I needed. Great service, honest work, and people you can trust. Definitely recommend them.

Halfway between home and the state park that we were going to be camping at this past weekend, 5 or 6 service lights came on my dashboard at the same time and my friend and I panicked trying to find an auto shop in the next closest town which happened to be Rice, MN. We stopped at two other shops strictly due to them being a closer proximity to us, and they were both unexpectedly closed so we headed to Friedrich’s as a last resort before circling back to St Cloud and boy, are we glad we ended up here!! When we arrived it was 3:30 on a Friday afternoon and seeing as we didn’t have an appointment, we couldn’t be promised that they would be able to fix or really even look too much into the issues my car was having until they opened again Monday morning. At first we were told that they had one technician on site who usually only worked till 4 or 4:30, but they could squeeze us in before he leaves to atleast diagnose the problem… WELL, John and the others were so determined to fix the issues, especially considering the car was essentially undriveable and we were 2 hours away from home and another 2 hours away from our destination, that they did everything they possibly could to get us back on the road! This took multiple trips to St Cloud for parts, and 4 employees staying until after 8pm (2+ hours AFTER closing!) and a whole lot of patience and determination! We are SO grateful and appreciative of the staff and the amazing customer service at this location! I would be absolutely shocked if either of the other two auto shops in town that we had attempted to stop at first would have been willing to provide half as good of service as the men at Friedrich’s did for us on Friday! I truly feel it was meant to be that we ended up here. I just want to express the biggest THANKS to John, Randy, Doug and Roger for going the extra mile to help get us back on the road and allowing us to enjoy the rest of our weekend camping trip! I am truly blown away by the service provided and would make Friedrich’s my go-to shop in a heartbeat if it weren’t 2 hours away from home!

I was looking for tires for a long time and every other shop just treats you like a number. John gave me options on several different brands along with rebates on all of them. I decided to go with the Milestar Patagonia A/T Pro. It’s hands down the best all around set of tires I’ve ever owned. Thanks again
