Refused to work on my car even after he messed it up the 1st time. Didn't add new wheel bearing like he charged me almost 600.00 for. Didn't even put the stabilizer arm back on! Bill I tried to talk to you. I just wanted my car fixed. Everyone else was wonderful as always. He just discriminated even after I took down the 1st post and tried to talk it out. After 2300.00 My alignment shouldn't be off over an inch and 2 ruined tires!! I just wanted my car fixed Bill but you can't just take my money and not even do the work!! I've got recordings too that aren't good and NEVER in my life have I felt so disrespected! After I gave him nearly 3k! Bill you can't take your feelings over me out on my car and my money and expect nothing... I tried.. AS ALWAYS DONNA AND BILLY THE STAFF THERE ARE THE BEST. AND I WISH THINGS WERE DIFFERENT WITH BILL(CONSIDERING IVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO HIM) BUT BRING HIM MONEY AND TRY.....

I purchased a vehicle from Grow Auto that needed a few finishing touches to make it perfect. I was from out of town 3 hours away and ended up bringing the vehicle back to St Louis so that Vince’s crew at Afftons (new ownership) could work on the 2007 Lexus LS460L since they had already been familiar with it from prior work at the dealers request. From the moment I walked into the Shop Vince (owner) was welcoming and understood I was from out of town. Instead of spending the morning waiting in the shop he offered to drop me off at a diner right down the road. They got me fixed up and ready to go in a very timely manner and even found a few extra concerns which he fixed right up! I have total faith in my new to me vehicle. I was even able to catch up with Vince about his business and share some great side stories. I’m even going to be taking my vehicles to him at this distance in the future. It’s hard finding a reliable, knowledgeable mechanic shop you can trust! You’re in good hands with Vince and the Affton Crew! Thanks again guys!

These guys are great! Vince was awesome at keeping me informed on what needed to be done, how it was done, and when it would be done. Just all around amazing at communication and fixing problems. Highly recommended.
