My tire got destroyed early in the morning with it being super cold and windy and on a busy highway that made it risky to do it myself. Insurance proved to be inept, getting me a tow service that was all the way over in St. Louis (and I'm in Kansas City.) Danny Moore came to my rescue within like 15-20 minutes of being called, took me and my car to a shop and offered me lots of useful advice and knowledge along the drive if I ever find myself in the situation again. Not sure what roadside assistance is for from Progressive when I can just call Danny instead from now on.

He came to our overheating car, got my 73 year old hind end in his big ole' truck and my daughter, got us home safe and secure, put our car in the driveway safely! We got the car back on the road!!
