I was overly worried about my tire after I somehow had a screw lodged into it. The air kept leaving my psi at 15 or lower. I scheduled an appointment the next day. The employees were incredibly nice, as always. They fix my tire within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. I went in thinking there’s no way I’m not leaving with a big tire bill when I really left with a fixed tire and they said it’s no problem you’re good. The sweetest thing after so much anxiety with an awful thing that happens to us all at least once in our life. I appreciate them all so much. I’ll be back again for sure. Service and kind and honest people are hard to find now. Thank you all. You turned my bad day into a good one.

Splendid service from some top-notch staff. Always has a friendly vibe in the shop, whether I am dropping off or waiting with my vehicle to be completed. Got the oil changed & safety check for our tag renewal for our first appointment. The next one we replaced all four tires on the family vehicle. And yes, my tires do look fantastic. Thank you Telle in Oakville! P.S. I'm definitely bringing in doughnuts next time I swing by. My family and I appreciate you all!

When my car started making a noise requiring immediate attention, I was driving in an unfamiliar area and had no idea what to do. Pulled into a filling station and was told Telle Tire was just down the road. And am I glad they were. Told them what was happening and they know cars so well, all they had to do was feel the heat coming from my tire to know it was the brake. They went above and beyond to take care of me and get my car fixed. What a great place.
