Upon leaving work noticed tire was worn on the inside down to the steel belts. The wonderful folks at Firestone worked me in and found I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. So very grateful for them taking the time to help before a major problem driving with my daughter! I know they were busy and had only one mechanic at the time but very appreciative!

Thanks for staying a few minutes late and helping me out last minute. ?? I had an experience with Walmart Tire before where I showed up 20 minutes before closing, and they didn't have time. ?? Absolutely wonderful! Chris is so kind and caring and knowledgeable, I am sending my parents to this location from now on since my parents are local in Oakville (I was visiting for Christmas). Taj is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this location! So professional and simply awesome ! I drove 14 hours from my duty station in Maryland to visit my family in my hometown and lo and behold my “service engine soon” light popped on in my bmw X1 after 12 hours of driving, so I started getting anxious anticipating the drive back in a mere 2 days. Talk about a time crunch. Chris took my vehicle early before my appointment time, was so kind and happy to help upon check-in, kept me informed the entire time; they called me within an hour to inform me of the diagnosis, advised me on what to do, and even saved me money in the long run. This is the type of hometown automotive maintenance and emergency business that you want to take your vehicle to. So easy, informative, helpful, and most importantly — did not nickel and dime me- on the contrary, their advice was so caring, they saved me money. I wish these professionals were located near where I live!!
