In my experience (lived in Springfield for +20 years) they have NEVER price gouged. They have helped me and directed me where else to go if they didn't feel confident in what they could provide - or if it would take them to long. GRAHAM IS THE SOLID CHOICE FOR YOU.

I took my truck to Graham Automotive to fix a few things. All was going well for the most part, but they ended up taking an extra day on my truck because they broke some bolts for my valve cover. I get that they were old, but those are low torque bolts and they should not have broken, but I understand that it happens. But they changed my break fluid and did not seal something correctly. My brake light came on the following day and I made it back to Graham with very little fluid to spare. They fixed it, but there was no discount offered. Just an apology. I hope I just had a bad experience, but making sure the brake fluid is not leaking should be a high priority. I hate leaving a bad review, but I did not have a good experience.
