I called Kris’s towing to assist with getting my grandmother’s car out of her garage that was down a steep driveway. Without hesitation Kris came out said no problem backed down and pulled the car up no problem. Then he went the extra mile and loaded the car on to my trailer for me to haul back Minnesota. If I’m in the area and need a tow again I know who I’m calling.

Terrible customer service. I had a blow out and a cop pulled over and offered dispatch to dispatch a tow truck for me. He let them know I’m fully insured and someone would come out. After waiting over 45 minutes the driver decided to tell me it would be $85 to go not even a mile down the road. The officer explained that they have tow trucks dispatch all the time to tow vehicles that are fully insured and this is the first time this has happened. Needless to say, we both wasted time and the driver could care less.
