I experienced some careless work here. I went in for an oil change before a long trip and a thousand miles later my oil light came on. They had left the filled cap off. Luckily I had some oil. I've heard of other situations where people go in for an oil change and their car gets totaled because of such carelessness. Luckily that didn't happen to me.

This shop has knowledgeable mechanics who... get this... genuinely want to help people and not rip them off. I've been dealing with one of their mechanics, Joe Vollmar, in follow up to an issue as I'm out of state. He has been very helpful and detailed in his extracurricular, above and beyond customer service, and has earned my 5 stars for D&S Auto Repair. I'd give 'em 100 stars if I could.
