We’ve used AAA at two homes now for a total of about 17 years. We’ve also rented roll aways a few times too. We’ve never had any problems. The office staff is always very friendly. Love that we can pay online for our trash service. The communication via Facebook with reminders or schedule changes this winter and around holidays has been great.

We live in rural Kearney and have been we AAA Disposal Services for several years. We have zero complaints. They always pick up our trash when scheduled. If we have a holiday or bad weather, they are really good about posting on their Facebook page. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My home is rural so the only option I know of is AAA. Service has been great for 4 years I’ve owned my home. Two weeks ago my service was randomly cancelled. I called in and spoke with a woman that said my bill was past due, I always call in at the 3.5 month mark as usual and pay via card. She states they mailed a letter and called me only to never have received said letter and they had an old phone number which I know I updated. I informed her that i didn’t appreciate the sudden cancellation and her attitude changed. So I needed the call. I’m expecting a final bill and have not received it in the mail. I’ve been looking for new trash service and I see there is a monopoly and my only option is AAA. mind you I’m a liberty address and AAA is Buckner mo.
