Been there many times. Good folks to deal with. Processing junk metal is a dirty and dangerous job. The guys that unload and weigh your stuff might look / sound a little crude and rough, but they are typically courteous and always make sure YOU are kept safe!

I just got of the phone with this company. I was told that his business is more important than it's customers!! What a wonderful place. I was just calling to make sure they was open!! And to be disrespect like that!! Wow way to go that is a hell of a way to stay in business!!

Rude and shady people from the guy inside to the employees outside! Give BOTTOM dollar and cheat you on weight (hints why weight readout is never on) don't bother with common courtesy and/or decency, they have zero! Jus gave me $0.15 a pound for cat6 wire. Been all over the country and never got less that $0.80 a pound. NEVER will i do buisness at this joke of an establishment again! I'll drive all the way to Fayette,MO. Scrap yard or Higbee, MO. Salvage... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!
