The staff were rude! The lady (emp. 77) behind the counter seemed bothered that I needed someone to install the blades. The guy she went to get he had the same attitude. If I didn’t have to buy wiper blades and a snow scraper I would have went to a different store. If the staff don’t do wiper installation then the window sign should be removed.

Bad service, bad products and a useless warranty. I had a NAPA car battery that would not hold charge, but was just over a year old and under “warranty“. I went into that store and was asked for the receipt of the purchase. I explained that this was a online order and showed them the email confirmation receipt from NAPA. Then I was asked for the paper pick up slip that I was given a year ago and told that without that they cannot help me. A small caveat, I had a similar issue with a battery that I purchased at AutoZone and when I went in there, I was asked for my phone number. They looked up the purchase and that’s all they needed to give me a new battery on the spot. UPDATE: After posting the review, I was contacted by NAPA and they replaced the battery
