had a bad experience with these guys. First of all their labor rate is 197$ per hour, just so you know before you do anything. Pretty expensive. I came in with electrical problem that stopped my rolling regen for my dpf. So i needed get that done + do a parked regen. The guy that was working on my truck had zero communication with me and wasn’t knowledgeable at all. A check engine light came on when he started messing with the wires that wasn’t there before with a bunch of new codes. At the end i spend almost 5 hours sitting there and they couldn’t fix the issue. The guy just kept clearing the codes that kept coming back on after 30 seconds. I finally stopped him and said i have to leave. The guy kept convincing me that the codes were there before and check engine was there before and it wasn’t! They were gonna charge me a 1000$ with no real fix and a new check engine that he caused, they knocked it down to 650$. And with 650$ down the drain i ended up loosing 5 hours of my time of just actually doing a parked regen. If you have a flat tire or something super simple you can maybe use them but for something electrical or complex i wouldn’t recommend them.
